The staff treated us like family, and the location was ideal for museum visits and dining. Clean, spacious room.

Truly exceptional hotel with helpful staff who have the best sense of humour and welcoming manner, loved our staying. The staff helped us with everything.

Greatly enjoyed Rome, the hotel was exceptional close to a metro stop which allows you to get to the other side of the city. The room was modern and neat, with free Wi-Fi. Everything was great, I would recomand.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief hiatus

Was a relaxing base for trip. Everything was great, we had perfect 7 days here. The location was marvellous, not far from the best areas close to the Vatican, and the view was PLEASANT. It also was by metro station. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an air conditioner and a small mini fridge inside the room.

The staff at Suite Cardinale were genuinely great to our needs.

Unfortunately, we faced significant issues with the hot water . The first night had no hot water, and after multiple complaints, it still wasn't resolved until near the end of our visit. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive.

The spacious suite we stayed in had beautiful high ceilings and provided a peaceful oasis after busy days exploring. The super nice team, giving us great tips on where to eat and shop nearby. Short stroll to the vatican.

Absolutely adored the place! So clean and cozy, such a cute staff experience.

The communication with the staff was great, from helpful tips on sightseeing to ensuring we had everything we needed in our comfortable room. We loved unwinding in the cozy lounge and enjoyed a lovely little garden area as a peaceful escape. The only hiccup was that the hot water took a bit to warm up at times, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 😊

The Beautiful Double Room was fine, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. Annarita's attentiveness, especially when addressing the hot water issue in the shower. While the coffee setup was appreciated, a bit more variety in the beverage options would enhance the experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to everyone. We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming property, which featured delicious food and incredibly friendly staff. the room we booked was modern and equipped with a great hairdryer. the staff provided fantastic service and assisted us with everything we needed.

Everything about this place was fantastic! the location couldn't be better, and the service was top-notch. the room was really spacious, and the bed was super comfy. it was a great experience. Having a coffee machine and a microwave in the room was definitely a nice touch! ☕️.

I came here for 4 nights and had a very special stay. the breakfast options were great and enjoyable. the hotel's staff was incredibly helpful and excellent throughout my visit. the location is perfect and exceptionally nice, being close to the Slipstream Sculpture, and I truly enjoyed my time here.
